I’m looking for ways to do 2FA authentication to banks, etc. that does not require me to turn my phone on. Many of them seem to require SMS to a phone, not, e.g. a Google Voice #. Would prefer not to move accounts. Alternatives?

I’m increasingly getting annoyed at having to turn my phone on at all. It’s just an attention suck.
